Eligible for Return/Refund
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Defective Product – If the product received has a manufacturing defect.
- Damaged Product – If the product is received in a damaged condition during transit.
- Wrong Product Delivered – If the product received is different from what was ordered.
Conditions for Return/Refund
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
- The product must be unused, and all original packaging & accessories must be intact.
- Once verified, we will arrange for return pickup or provide instructions for return.
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a full refund or replacement will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note
- Returns are not accepted for reasons other than defect, damage, or wrong product.
- In case of replacement, shipping charges (if any) will be borne by us.
