Eligible for Return/Refund

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective Product – If the product received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged Product – If the product is received in a damaged condition during transit.
  • Wrong Product Delivered – If the product received is different from what was ordered.

Conditions for Return/Refund

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
  • The product must be unused, and all original packaging & accessories must be intact.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for return pickup or provide instructions for return.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a full refund or replacement will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons other than defect, damage, or wrong product.
  • In case of replacement, shipping charges (if any) will be borne by us.
